There will be a reasonable initial cost of the knife package and then choose between a biweekly or monthly service fee. Cost will vary on the number and style of knives that are chosen.

Program knives will be exactly exchanged for professionally sharpened blades at your chosen biweekly or monthly time interval. The sharpening service fee will be 20% lower than the standard sharpening cost to non-program customers. All program knives that will be supplied by Out There Edge are German steel, NSF certified commercial kitchen safety knives. Never worry about dangerous, dull knives in your restaurant kitchen again!
